The 5 apartments, from 2 to 4 people, are simply furnished with a county stile and realized so as to provide a comfort staying for our guests. The small apartments have a surface of approximately 50 mq, while the big ones of 100 mq. All of them are provided of a bathroom with shower/WC/bidet recently renovated, an equipped kitchen (dishes, four cookers with oven, refrigerator with freezer) couch, TV, mosquito nets.
The pool is available for our guests which can enjoy the sun in the equipped areas provided with deckchairs or stay in total relax in the shadow the porch.

Prices

The price includes:
  • Wi-Fi in the entire home and in the garden (speed 30 Mbps)
  • final cleaning
  • possible camping bed for children with bed sheets
  • weekly linen change
  • consumption of water, electricity, gas, and heating
  • TV and wi-fi connection in the entire house
  • bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom linen
  • soap and shampoo
  • welcome bottle of wine (for a minimum of 6 nights stay)
  • pool use (opened from May to October) and deckchair
  • barbecue use, where anyone can prepare their favorite food.
the price does not include:
  • laundry service, 8 Euro per load
  • the tourist tax amounts to 1.50 Euro per person per day for max 6 nights (under 12 years old are exempt), may be subject to changes
  • pets, 5 Euro per day per pet up to a maximum of 50 Euro
  • pool towels
  • midweek linen change, 2 Euro per piece.


Check-in: from 4pm to 9pm (after 9pm the check-in is not guaranteed as there is no reception). You may drop off your luggage before check-in time and we can store it for you after check-out.
Check-out: by 10am.

Services: Available to our guests are: a ping pong table, children playground, parking, big barbecue, lake and river for fishing, tables in the garden, porch, espresso coffee machine, sun beds by the pool.
   
Animals are welcome but we have to follow some simple cohabitation rules: they must be leashed, they are not allowed to go around the pool nor be left by themselves in the apartment. The owners must pick up the physiological bodily needs of their pets. More over they have to be sure that they don’t bother other guests of the Agriturismo. Possible damages caused to third parties or to the structure by the animals are full responsibility of the owner.
It is free but it is not guarded. The guests have available an outside parking and some park places under a wood canopy. It is possible to use the common areas for the bicycles.

  • train station (Siena,18 km),
  • supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, banks, bakery, newsstand, coffee shops, pizzerias, and restaurants (the closest to 8 and 10 km).
